FULL-TIME ESTATE CARETAKER NEEDED IN WEST LONDON - EALING!MONDAY TO FRIDAY, ONGOING TEMPORARY ROLE!£15 PER HOUR PAY RATE!7AM-4PM / 1PM - 10PM ALTERNATING WEEKLY ROTA! INVOLVES A LOT OF EXTERNAL CLEANING AND MANUAL TASKS.Your new companyYou will be working with a well-known university in West London on their Ealing campus, as an integral part of the Estates team.Your new roleYou will be assigned to work within a university environment on a full-time basis. You will be in charge of the cleanliness and safety of the site, as well as help other members of staff to ensure the estate is in good condition maintenance-wise.You will have to carry out duties such as cleaning of lifts/stairwells/communal areas/bin areas, assessing the estate and reporting any maintenance issues or health and safety issues to managers. You may also be a keyholder of the site in some instances.What you'll need to succeedYou will have ideally worked in a Caretaker/Cleaning Operative role in the past with knowledge of daily tasks and responsibilities.
