We are currently looking to recruit for Labourers with damp and mould experience working on social housing properties.

Job Description

You will be responsible for carrying out damp & mould treatment in social housing properties
You will also be required to complete associated repairs and basic maintenance

The Successful Applicant will have:

Previous experience working in a general maintenance/labouring role
Experience undertaking mould washing
You must have a valid driving license
Good levels of customer service as work will be completed in occupied properties
A basic DBS check will be conducted - clean criminal record required.
