We are currently partnering with a leading fit-out Main Contractor specialising in Offices, Higher Education and Science Facilities. Having demonstrated huge success across London they are now seeking to further expand their team with a Pre-Construction Manager in Central London.
Responsibilities
Project Planning & Feasibility Analysis Evaluates project scope, site conditions, and client requirements to develop a realistic and achievable pre-construction strategy.
Budgeting & Cost Estimation Works with estimators and commercial teams to develop accurate cost plans, ensuring financial viability and value engineering opportunities.
Procurement & Subcontractor Engagement Identifies, evaluates, and pre-qualifies subcontractors and suppliers to secure competitive pricing and reliable resources.
Risk Assessment & Compliance Identifies potential project risks, ensures adherence to building regulations, and develops mitigation strategies before construction begins.
Client & Stakeholder Coordination Engages with clients, design teams, and consultants to refine project specifications, resolve queries, and ensure alignment before moving to the construction phase.
Requirements
Must have 3+ Years experience in a similar role
Must have 3+ years main contractor experience
