About the Role: We are seeking a talented Adaptive Insights Architect to lead and implement Adaptive Insights solutions for our clients. In this role, you will design, customize, and optimize financial planning solutions, ensuring alignment with clients' FP&A needs. You will leverage your financial expertise and project management skills to drive successful financial transformations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Solution Architecture: Design and implement Adaptive Insights solutions tailored to clients’ FP&A requirements.
  • Consulting & Advisory: Provide strategic consulting on FP&A best practices, enhancing efficiencies and insights.
  • Project Management: Lead end-to-end implementation projects, including discovery, design, configuration, testing, training, and go-live support.
  • Customization & Optimization: Customize Adaptive Insights to meet specific client needs, optimizing performance and reporting capabilities.
  • Client Training & Support: Develop and deliver training sessions to empower client teams in using Adaptive Insights effectively.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Adaptive Insights with broader business goals.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements within clients' FP&A functions, leveraging technology and data analytics.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum of 5+ years in FP&A or financial consulting, with at least 2 years of hands-on Adaptive Insights experience. Successful leadership of at least two Adaptive Insights implementation projects is required.
  • Consultancy Background: Proven experience in a consultancy or advisory role, guiding clients through financial transformations.
  • Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Adaptive Insights, including model building, data integration, and report generation. Familiarity with other EPM or ERP systems is a plus.
  • Financial Acumen: Deep understanding of FP&A functions, including budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and scenario analysis.
  • Project Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead projects, manage timelines, resources, and client expectations effectively.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze financial data, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations.
  • Communication & Training: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience in training end-users and presenting complex concepts clearly.
  • Problem Solving: Strong problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to troubleshooting and resolving client issues.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certifications: Adaptive Insights certification is highly desirable.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field. An advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA) is a plus.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with diverse industries and how FP&A needs vary across sectors.
