Create and lead the implementation of a robust Analytics Governance Framework.

Identify, classify and catalogue Key Data Outputs (KDOs) across all business areas.

Deliver baseline assessments and track remediation activities to ensure compliance.

Drive alignment with existing Data Governance and BCBS239 regulatory standards.

Train, mentor and support stakeholders in adopting analytics governance best practices.

Profile
The successful candidate will have proven experience in establishing analytics or EUC governance within complex organisations, ideally within financial services. They'll bring strong knowledge of BCBS239 principles, data governance frameworks, and tools like Collibra. Confident engaging with senior stakeholders, they'll be an excellent communicator with the ability to influence, train and embed best practices across the business. A strategic thinker with a hands-on mindset, they'll be passionate about data, detail-oriented, and comfortable challenging the status quo to drive meaningful change.
Job Offer
