Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Development Manager in the day-to-day management of the residential development.
  • Assist in coordinating with internal teams, contractors, and external consultants to ensure project milestones are met.
  • Monitor project timelines, budgets, and quality control to ensure efficiency and compliance with specifications.
  • Help manage project documentation and contracts, ensuring proper filing and communication.

  • Contribute to the preparation of project reports and presentations.

Skills & Experience Required:
  • Previous experience in a similar role is desirable.
  • Strong understanding of residential development processes and project lifecycle.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively under pressure.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and project management software (e.g., MS Project, Procore).
