Your new role

A Business Analyst is required to join the organisation to work within the change function, focusing on supporting a variety of projects and initiatives in the organisation. The Business Analyst will work closely alongside a Project Manager to initiate improvements to current processes and product project deliverables.

The Business Analyst will be required to work alongside third parties and internal stakeholders supporting a variety of change initiatives, communicating change objects and updates through written documentation and presentations. They will co-ordinate change at all stages; proposal, acceptance, work in progress, testing, operational readiness, go-live and review.

The Business Analyst will also apply their skills to translate requirements from SME's across the business to capture processes, analyse requirements and implement changes. They will also be required to work with vendors to ensure that business requirements are met. What you'll need to succeed

To be considered, you will be able to demonstrate the following:

  • Business Analysis skills
  • Good knowledge of the Asset Management industry
  • Experience of working with stakeholders across multiple business areas
  • 3rd party engagement skills
  • Business Analysis qualification nice to have (BCS/ Agile etc)
