This remote based Business Analyst job provides opportunity to join a national IFA firm. The vacancy is available due to business growth and you will be part of the business change team.
Experience within financial planning / wealth management industry is essential.
As Business Analyst, you will play in a key role in bridging the gap between business needs and technological solutions. Your primary responsibility will be to analyse and understand complex business processes, identify areas for improvement and provide strategic recommendations to enhance overall efficiency and effectiveness.
Your core focus areas will include:
- Business process analysis
- Gather and document business requirements with cross-functional teams
- Data analysis
- Solution design
- Project management
- Continuous improvement
As this is a new role, there may be some adaptations to the above duties and support required on specific projects
Business Analyst Requirements
- You must have experience within financial planning and wealth management industry
- You must have proven experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on process improvement and optimization
- You must have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail
- You should hold a Bachelor’s degree (or preferably Masters) in Business Administration, Information Technology or a related field
- Preferably, you should have familiarity with Agile and/or Scrum methodologies
Business Analyst Benefits
- Salary of £65,000 - £70,000
