This is an exciting opportunity for a Business ANalyst to join a Global Insurance Business on an initial 6 month Inside IR35 contract. The ideal candidate for this role will have worked on either an Offshoring or Shared Service Transition project as well as having Target Operating Model experience.
What you'll do:
As a Business Analyst, your role will be pivotal in driving the success of our client's Shared Service Migration and Offshoring initiatives. You will be responsible for analysing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and developing effective solutions. Your expertise will also be crucial in the design of new operating models. Working collaboratively with cross-functional teams, you will ensure that all projects are delivered successfully.
