This is an exciting opportunity for a Business Analyst to join a Global Insurance business on a 9 month PAYE contract. The ideal candidate will have worked on underwriting projects and have operating model experience.
The purpose of this role is to support the analysis of business needs, document requirements, governance, and support testing processes to ensure operational business initiatives are delivered.
Responsibilities
- Deliver regular reporting and detailed strategic analysis on business activities and results
- Compliance with relevant legislation, industry codes and company policies and procedures
- Review, develop and manage process and policy improvements across the BU
- Support team members to derive trends, conclusions, and recommendations based on data and analysis
- Solve business problems, understand the root cause(s), and drive improvements via qualitative & quantitative data
- Support the development of operational and organisational design and manage implementation
- Support team members to derive trends, conclusions and recommendations based on data and analysis
- Support the training of Business Sponsors and Business resources in Process Excellence (PE) Principles
