About the Role

My client, who is bringing to market a disruptive digital marketing AI product set for global rollout in 2025, is actively seeking a Business Analyst / Product Owner to support product development within the team. This role requires someone who is highly analytical, proactive, and organised, with experience in Agile methodologies and Jira. You will work closely with stakeholders, ensuring that development stays on track while also contributing to the strategic roadmap.

Key Responsibilities

  • User Story Creation - Gather requirements, document user stories, and define acceptance criteria.
  • Agile Ceremonies - Facilitate stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives to keep the team aligned.
  • Backlog Management - Prioritise tasks and manage the product backlog effectively.
  • Project Coordination - Keep projects moving by ensuring deadlines are met and blockers are resolved.
  • Stakeholder Communication - Work with product owners, developers, and other teams to ensure smooth collaboration.
  • Product Roadmap Support - Assist in shaping the product vision and identifying opportunities for development.
  • Jira Management - Use Jira to track tasks, manage sprints, and organise workflows.

Ideal Candidate

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to ask the right questions and challenge assumptions.
  • Experience working in an Agile environment.
  • Proficiency in Jira for managing development workflows.
  • Ability to take ownership of tasks and ensure project momentum.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience writing user stories and breaking down requirements.
  • A Scrum Master certification would be beneficial but is not required at this salary level.
