A Tier 1 Investment Bank is looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join their Commodities Technology team in London. This role is ideal for a specialist with deep knowledge of Openlink, deal modelling, and regulatory transaction reporting (CFTC, EMIR, FCA, MAS, HKMA, MIFID, REMIT).
Key Responsibilities- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to Openlink, commodities trading, and regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate with traders, regulatory teams, and IT to enhance reporting processes.
- Lead regulatory reporting framework implementations and enhancements to ensure compliance with evolving regulations.
- Conduct gap analysis and impact assessments, identifying inefficiencies and recommending improvements.
- Work closely with developers, QA, and compliance teams to deliver robust solutions.
- 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in financial services and commodities trading (precious metals experience is a plus).
- Extensive hands-on Openlink experience, with strong knowledge of deal modelling and Openlink data model.
- Proven expertise in regulatory transaction reporting (DTCC regulations, EMIR, CFTC, FCA, MAS, HKMA, MIFID, REMIT).
- Advanced SQL and Excel skills (Python is a plus).
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
