THE ROLE:You will work closely with key business stakeholders to analyse business processes and workflows. You will deliver high quality business requirements from key stakeholders on a full end to end basis including documentation in appropriate tools, analyse and understand business processes to enable production of "as-is" and "to be" process documentation, & conduct gap analysis and Identify inconsistencies across the mapped business processes and highlight opportunities for improvement. THE CANDIDATE:The candidate will be have strong business change and process mapping analysis experience gained working within the insurance sector. You will be comfortable facilitating / running workshops for business stakeholders, have excellent MS Office and MS Visio experience. THE CLIENT:London based insurer
