About the Role:

In this exciting role, you will be at the forefront of transforming our client's customer onboarding processes. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience and drive operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with diverse teams including commercial, operations, engineering, and product to gather and analyse business requirements.
  • Support the design and development of customer onboarding processes that elevate customer experience.
  • Facilitate workshops and meetings to uncover opportunities for process improvements.
  • Develop detailed business requirement documents and functional specifications.
  • Work closely with engineering teams to translate operational needs into effective technical solutions.
  • Utilise data-driven insights to recommend improvements and bolster decision-making processes.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines.
  • Leverage Salesforce to streamline workflows and act as an expert in customer onboarding processes.
  • Serve as a liaison between stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment on project goals.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • 1-2 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in financial services or payments.
  • Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple stakeholder groups.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to influence and negotiate.
  • Detail-oriented with outstanding organisational skills.

Preferred Experience (Not Mandatory):

  • Experience in the financial services or payments industry.
  • Familiarity with customer onboarding and/or servicing.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce is highly desirable.
