My client is an impressive VC backed fintech scale up that has been disrupting the market over the last 18 months. They are looking for a Business Analyst to join the team and strengthen their product team. The business is growing rapidly and this is a fantastic opportunity to have a significant impact on their growth.
Duties include:
- Collaborate with product managers and business subject matter experts to understand processes, identify problems, and propose solution scenarios.
- Translate solution requirements into actionable user stories in partnership with product managers and business SMEs.
- Facilitate and support the management of the product backlog.
- Work with product managers and business SMEs to define and refine acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate with developers to review user stories for clarity and assist in effort estimation.
- Coordinate and perform user acceptance testing to validate that product functionality aligns with business requirements before each release.
- Analyse and model business processes to identify gaps and drive improvements in products and services
