Your Role As a Business Analyst:

You’ll collaborate with Project Managers, Senior Business Analysts, and cross-functional teams to drive eCommerce website builds from concept to completion. This role offers variety, creativity, and the chance to work with some of the most exciting brands in the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather, refine, and document client business requirements, providing expert guidance on best practices.
  • Translate client briefs into clear user stories with defined acceptance criteria.
  • Collaborate with development, design, and marketing teams to ensure project success.
  • Lead backlog refinement, sprint demos, and technical workshops.
  • Design practical, scalable solutions to meet client needs.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with eCommerce platforms (Magento 2, BigCommerce, Shopify, etc.).
  • Familiarity with APIs (SOAP, REST, GraphQL) and tools like Postman.
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum) and digital marketing systems.
  • Proficiency in Excel and web analytics tools (e.g., GoogleAnalytics).
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
