About the Role

As a Business Analyst, you'll be instrumental in shaping the success of ecommerce projects from conception to completion. Working within a dynamic team environment, you'll collaborate with Project Managers and Senior Business Analysts to gather and refine client requirements, translate business needs into technical solutions, and ensure successful project delivery. You'll participate in sprint planning and product backlog refinement, crafting well-defined user stories that bridge the gap between client vision and technical implementation.

What You'll Need to Succeed

Success in this role requires a strong analytical mindset combined with excellent communication skills. You'll need demonstrable experience in ecommerce environments, with knowledge of platforms like Magento 2, BigCommerce, or Shopify being highly advantageous. Technical proficiency in API principles and tools like Postman is essential, as is expertise in MS Excel and web analytics tools.
