Business Analyst (Financial/Professional Services) | Central London | 5 days on-site | Up to £90,000
This Business Analyst role is an exciting opportunity for an experienced BA to join a leading financial/professional services organisation based in Central London. The role focuses on strengthening business analysis capabilities across the organisation, with particular emphasis on requirements gathering for both internal development projects and SaaS implementation initiatives.
Working closely with the PMO function and reporting to the CTO, you'll play a crucial role in bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions.
Experience/Skills Required:
- Minimum 8 years' experience as a Business Analyst, with proven track record in evolving BA practices
- Strong experience in both custom development projects and SaaS implementation initiatives
- Excellent workshop facilitation and requirements gathering skills
- Demonstrated experience in process mapping, documentation, and requirements management tools
- Experience in evaluating and implementing SaaS solutions with strong understanding of integration requirements
- Expert communication skills with ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences
- Change management experience with proven ability to influence and drive adoption of new processes
