Business Analyst - Process Re-Design and Target Operating Model

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst with expertise in process re-design and target operating model development. The ideal candidate will have experience in designing new processes, optimizing business operations, and applying consulting methodologies to drive improvements. This role requires strong analytical skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders to recommend, agree, perform, input, and decide on key process changes.

Rate - £425.00 per day inside ir35

Location - Fully remote working

Duration - 12 Months

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and re-design business processes to improve efficiency, scalability, and alignment with organizational goals.
• Develop target operating models that streamline operations and support business transformation.
• Design and implement new processes, ensuring they are aligned with business objectives and deliver measurable improvements.
• Apply RAPID methodology (Recommend, Agree, Perform, Input, Decide) to guide decision-making and ensure clear roles and responsibilities.
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs, gather requirements, and provide actionable insights and recommendations.
• Support the implementation of new processes and help ensure their smooth integration into day-to-day operations.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong business analysis background, with experience in process re-design and operating model development.
• Proficiency in using the RAPID methodology for structured decision-making and stakeholder management.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and consulting skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
• SC Cleared
