Position Summary:Ryder Reid Legal is seeking a dynamic Business Development Coordinator to join one of our prestigious firm clients at their London office. This role involves coordinating tasks to integrate and expand the firm's business development efforts in strategic growth areas. You will work closely with senior business development and marketing staff to implement key projects and activities.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate proposals and RFP responses for clients
  • Maintain practice-related content and bios
  • Update the firm's email database and distribution lists
  • Develop research and background reports
  • Coordinate/manage practice-specific events
  • Assist with PR opportunities and third-party rating service submissions
  • Apply brand standards to projects
  • Coordinate internal and external communications
  • Provide support for sponsorships
  • Conduct market research and create background reports
  • Assist with client events and webinars

Skills/Abilities:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe suite
  • Knowledge of web-based legal and business resources
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure
  • Discretion and confidentiality
  • Enthusiasm, intellectual curiosity, and a collaborative spirit
