THE ROLE:You will work within the business resilience team working with other to take responsibility for ensuring the clients operations, including where we rely on third parties, are resilient against all forms of operational disruption. You will work with business leaders across all parts of business to ensure that there are robust resilience plans in place which are regularly tested to ensure they meet relevant regulatory requirements. You will provide support on the implementation of the clients International’s business resilience framework, ensuring alignment with the Corporation framework as well as all relevant regulatory requirements including UK Operational Resilience and the EU Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA).THE CLIENT:The successful candidate will have working on projects delivering business resilience frameworks within the financial services sector (preferably with some insurance experience) with a good working knowledge across facilities, technology, people, process, data and third parties. You will have some exposure to designing and facilitating scenario stress testing exercises, strong knowledge of relevant regulation including the PRA and FCA requirements for Operational Resilience, Material Outsourcing, and the EU Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA); any experience of Business Continuity will be hugely advantageous.
