Rev & Regs are recruiting for a Business Resilience Senior Analyst on a 12 month FTC for a investment management company.

This is a 1LOD position, accountable for ensuring a consistent Group-wide framework is in place to identify, monitor & manage resilience risks. To provide assurance/oversight activities, in support of the Group-wide Business Continuity & Operational Resilience framework.

Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the implementation and continuous improvement of the Group business resilience programme.
  • Working closely with colleagues, in particular, Supplier Management to support understanding of third-party (and fourth-party) supplier relationships; and mapping to the delivery of business services.
  • Provide support to the Group Business Continuity & Resilience Committee. Facilitate the design and testing of business continuity plans with business owners.
  • Support the coordination, facilitation, & delivery of awareness & training activities, promoting business resilience & enhancing understanding.

Experience:

  • Experience in process mapping, business continuity/resilience planning or assessment of IT/operational risk would be an advantage.
  • Ideally worked within a similar role within business resilience, business continuity, risk or a regulatory area.
  • Financial services knowledge advantageous.
  • Knowledge of ISO22301 & PRA/FCA operational resilience requirements would be beneficial.

Location: Hybrid (2 days per week in City of London office)
