Change Business Analyst - Hybrid Working - Outside IR35

Our client, a global Insurance broker, are currently looking to hire a Change Business Analyst with Insurance sector experience to join the team on a hybrid working contract basis. This role would be Outside IR35.

The client are looking for a Business Analyst to work as a link between business, data, technology and solution providers to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our services, products, and processes through the roll out of a global broking platform, a key group initiative for the broking business.

Key Details:

  • Working to onboard new teams onto the new broking platform
  • Process Modelling, Change Impact assessments
  • Supporting the change team closely with training
  • Requirements and configuration for new teams

Responsibilities:

  • Lead workshops, interviews and prototyping sessions to elicit business requirements
  • Work closely with technology providers on solutions to meet business requirements and make recommendations
  • Lead the prioritisation of requirements in alignment with the clients and product owners in line with group governance procedures
  • Coordinating requirements with design authority
  • Maintaining and owning business process libraries
  • Ensuring F requirements are adequately addressed during requirements phase and delivery
  • Provide product specialism and advise on best practice

Requirements:

  • Experience of working as a Business Analyst within an insurance broker, company or consultancy within an agile environment is advantageous
  • Knowledge of London Market processing and Specialty business is an advantage
  • Has worked on a large business transformation programme such as an insurance or broking platform implementation
  • Has worked through the whole life-cycle of a project from initiation through to User acceptance testing and launch
  • Proficient in detailing and producing key analysis artefacts such as user stories, acceptance criteria, wireframes and process flows using key tools (e.g ADO/Lucid/Visio)
  • Can demonstrate superb communication skills including strong presentation skills and working with project teams in global markets
  • Delivery focused with a proactive approach to analysis and can work with minimal supervision
  • Be able to work as part of a busy team to deliver high quality business analysis within an agile environment and meet deadlines
  • Experience of Salesforce would be an advantage
