As a Change Lead, your pivotal role will involve driving business transformation initiatives. Your daily responsibilities will include planning and delivering change management activities, identifying potential risks and developing mitigation strategies. You will also monitor the effectiveness of these changes and provide regular updates to key stakeholders.

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for the Change Lead position brings a wealth of experience in managing business transformations. With at least 4-5 years in a similar role, you have a deep understanding of change management principles and methodologies. Your excellent stakeholder management skills enable you to communicate effectively with individuals at all levels within an organisation. Your strong analytical abilities allow you to identify potential risks and develop effective mitigation strategies. You are comfortable working both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

  • Has experience in managing end-to-end change, including creating change strategies, implementing change activities, and delivering successful outcomes.
  • Ideally, has a background in consulting or has worked on multiple projects across different industries or organisations.
  • Has significant experience in change management, particularly in the context of digital transformation.Is capable of working independently, taking initiative, and maintaining a positive attitude.
  • Is skilled in working with various stakeholders, including project teams and senior leadership.
  • Demonstrates strong communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as effective presentation skills.
  • Has previous experience working in a project environment, such as implementing new technology or replacing legacy systems.
