A Global software company are looking for an experienced Client Solutions Director to work within the Professional Services team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience consulting in the Consumer Lending or Insurance sector, designing and implementing software-based solutions for embedded financial services products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing the solution and scope of delivery through regular client & internal engagements working in an agile, relationship focused fashion.
- Partnering with Business Development teams to ensure end to end continuity of client intentions and accurate, flawless execution.
- Executing and recommending improvements to the organisation's established solution and proposal development processes.
- Leading the strategy, coordination, research and writing of high quality and timely RFP responses and sole sourced opportunity proposals.
- Assisting with research, planning, and the implementation of new services and special projects across all components of business operation.
- Co-creating plans and strategies with client's aspiration to develop proposition solutions.
- Establishing and maintaining client relationships including product and proposition development, client communication, report delivery and project management.
- Supporting current accounts' account with proposition development.
- Coordinating with cross functional teams to implement and deliver on client commitments.
- Leading new account implementation meetings and ensuring smooth transitioning from sales to business onboarding.
- Interfacing with internal departments and clients to present concepts and results at appropriate time.
- Establishing a good understanding of the business of a client for effective service.
- Recording and communicating campaign milestones and deliverables to clients and their teams.
- Coordinating with Operations Team to ensure continuity of product design & requirements.
- Supporting preparation of business reviews quarterly and annually.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in client management (5 years plus) , solution development, and business leadership roles within Telecoms or Financial Services.
- Strong understanding of industry dynamics, market trends, and client needs.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.
- Strategic thinker with a track record of driving business growth and achieving results.
- Proficiency in project management tools and CRM software.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
