Spectrum IT are working a leading financial services client in London to hire a Contract Business Analyst with strong experience of Actimize, financial crime and Anti Money Laundering (AML). Joining an established Professional Services team, you will provide consultative services to end clients regarding all matters related to an Actimize implementation aswell as financial crime with the overall objective of driving increased adoption of financial crime software products. As the Contract Actimize Business Analyst you will align the delivery of solutions in accordance to company consulting & delivery methodology. The role will highly suit a BA with strong business process reengineering experience within finance or banking and someone with a strong understanding for Actimize products. This role will be hybrid working requiring at least 2 days onsite from the London office / Clients sites per week and has been deemed Outside IR35. Responsibilities

  • Provide indirect/direct consulting to clients with regards to Actimize implementation.
  • Successfully drive through implementation issue resolution, involving the appropriate functions and executive sponsors across the company
  • Perform business analysis to support the deployment of Actimize AML products to meet clients' business requirements
  • Provide expertise support during pre/post sales process
  • Responsible for the successful delivery Actimize solutions resulting in highly satisfied, reference-able clients
  • Deliver value-add consulting services in financial crime, performance improvement and business transformation, leveraging knowledge of industry best practices and proven practices using Actimize solutions.
  • Establish working relationships with chosen partner ecosystem, internally and externally
  • Communicate with clients to assess solution fit and identify product gaps

Skills / Experience

  • Extensive knowledge of Actimize technology and AML solutions is a must
  • Previous Actimize implementation and domain experience are a must for this client
  • Subject matter expertise in the areas of financial crime, business process management, performance management and metrics, business analysis, quality management and training
  • Business development experience focused on solutions with a significant services component
  • Experience of writing process flows and detailed specifications.
  • Customer facing skills, presenting, and selling
  • Proven ability to effectively communicate and influence at all levels of an organisation, including C-level executives and decision makers.
  • Manage client relationships and individual engagements with a strong focus on excellence.
  • Knowledge of core business domains i.e., strategy, operations, data analysis techniques.
  • Capable of working on multiple overlapping tasks in a fast-paced environment "Can-Do" attitude and problem-solving approach.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and learn quickly.
  • Ability to travel approximately 30% of the time.
