About the Role

Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for operational excellence? A leading global technology company is seeking an EMEA GTM Senior Analyst to join their GPS Strategic Operations team. This role plays a key part in driving efficient, proactive, and innovative Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies across EMEA, with a focus on Public Sector frameworks, contracts, and agreements.

As an integral member of the EMEA GTM team, you will manage frameworks, drive operational improvements, and collaborate cross-functionally to optimize sales processes and public sector procurement strategies.

This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven Business Analyst with strong project management skills and experience in public sector procurement and framework management.

Key Responsibilities

Support analysis, documentation, and assessment of new commercial routes.Manage and track framework participation (bidding processes, content preparation, submission, and revision).Build relationships with cross-functional teams in an international environment.Drive enablement, stakeholder communication, training, and support documentation for public sector purchasing rules and Salesforce processes.Analyze market routes to identify improvements and efficiencies.Share best practices across the GPS Strategic Operations team to enhance the EMEA GTM program.

Required Skills & Experience

4+ years of project management experience with a strong record of delivering complex projects.

3+ years in an IT-focused organization selling into Public Sector with knowledge of procurement processes.2+ years working with Public Procurement Frameworks (e.g., G-Cloud, CONSIP, UGAP).Experience in business analysis, project management, consulting, strategy, and planning.Excellent communication skills (verbal & written) across all business levels.Ability to think creatively to solve challenges while ensuring scalability and repeatability.Knowledge of direct & indirect selling models.Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and deadlines.Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable in an international role.Proficiency in CRM & cloud computing concepts (Salesforce experience is highly desirable).Fluent in English (additional European languages are a plus).Degree or equivalent higher education qualification.Proficiency in Microsoft Office & Google Suite.
