Role: Global Digital Services Risk Consultant
Location: London-based (with global scope and occasional out-of-hours work)
Employment Type: Permanent / Hybrid
About the Role
You’ll be the key liaison between:
- External vendors providing Creative, Presentation, and Digital Services
- Internal teams leveraging these services
- The internal Risk function
With approximately 100 vendors to manage, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring service governance, risk management, spend tracking, and reporting. You’ll also provide hands-on support and advisory services across the annual cycle of vendor Service, Information Security, and Technology reviews.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the risk-of-change in a dynamic global environment.
- Oversee transitions from regional to global vendors.
- Address challenges such as the increasing use of AI tooling and the replacement of end-of-life technologies with externally hosted solutions.
- Work closely with all parties to understand, remediate, and mitigate risk levels.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in Third Party Risk Management (TPRM).
- Background in Creative/Presentation/Digital Services.
- Experience in the Finance Sector is highly desirable.
- Strong skills in senior stakeholder engagement and relationship management.
- A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to navigate complex vendor landscapes.
