Amazing opportunity to join a very successful London based Chartered Independent Wealth Management firm to head up a small team of Paraplanners where you will have full autonomy demonstrating both your technical and leadership skills.

Opportunity Highlights

** Perfect opportunity for a Chartered Paraplanner (or close to completion) demonstrating whole of market and people management skills

** Work closely with Clients, enjoy the technical aspects of UHNW Client wealth needs providing focus and direction to your team

** Enjoy mentoring/training junior graduate members to the team through a structured programme

** Manage workflow of cases, work closely with the Head of Admin, attend monthly / quarterly management meetings, work closely with the Head of Operations and manage the investment proposition

** Conduct research, complex calculations and cashflow forecasting to provide solutions to meet client needs with recommendations to Advisers

** Attend Client meetings when required supporting the development of Client Relationships

** Opportunity to take part in new projects and to become a member of the Investment Committee

** Be able to identify any potential team issues, operational needs, resourcing requirements

** A minimum of 4 +years Paraplanning exposure required, strong technical skills including research, cashflow modelling as well as reporting, experience of development plans, appraisals, and performance improvement plans
