We are recruiting for a highly skilled Integration Manager to join a leading insurance broker. This exciting opportunity involves overseeing the integration of newly acquired businesses into the firm, ensuring a seamless transition and alignment with existing operations.As an experienced professional in the insurance industry, you will manage the integration process from start to finish, working closely with key stakeholders to ensure that the integration is smooth, efficient, and on schedule. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the insurance sector and a proven track record of successfully managing business integrations.Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee the integration process of newly acquired businesses into the brokerage.
  • Work with senior stakeholders to define and implement integration strategies.
  • Monitor and report on the progress of integrations to ensure they stay on track and within scope.
  • Coordinate teams across multiple departments, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
  • Provide guidance and support to the acquired business during the integration process.
  • Travel across the UK as required to engage with different teams and locations.
  • Ensure the integration process is completed on time, within budget, and meets all operational objectives.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience in the insurance industry, with a strong understanding of its operational processes.
  • Previous experience managing business integrations, ideally within the insurance or financial services sectors.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to influence and engage at all levels.
  • Ability to work autonomously and take ownership of the integration process.
  • Willingness to travel across the UK and be based in London 1-2 days a week.
