As the Client Services Consultant/ Junior Business Development you will ensure that we capture every opportunity to generate new business for the company and create, maintain, and nurture ongoing client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Booking valuations into Lettings Managers’ diaries• Ensuring notes accompanying valuations are accurate and detailed • Sourcing new leads from a variety of targeted sources to convert into valuation bookings • Ensuring all leads are added to the database and followed up to arrange a valuation. • Cultivating a productive working relationship with Letting Branches & Property Services through regular contact and effective two-way management of expectations • Creating, expanding, and continually turning over pipeline of future business • Feeding back call/conversion information to Line Manager & Lettings Director • Managing personal commission account

• Generating management referrals

Key Skills and Experience: • Very strong written and verbal communication skills • Strong organisational and time management ability • Customer service/sales/telesales experience beneficial but not essential • Having an up-to-date working knowledge or interest of the London property market, with a specific focus on the relevant geographical area
