Job Summary:We are seeking a skilled and experienced Business Analyst cum Project Manager to join our Market Operation team. As a Business Analyst cum Project Manager, you will be responsible for analysing business needs, developing solutions, and managing projects to drive business growth and improvement in market operation processes. The successful candidate will have strong analytical, communication, and project management skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Hybrid: 3 days a week in London-based office Duration: Initial 12 months Rate: up to £700pd inside ir35 via umbrella Key Responsibilities:
- Business Analysis: Analyse business needs and requirements to identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains.
- Requirements Gathering: Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders and subject-matter experts.
- Solution Design: Develop and propose solution designs to meet business needs, considering technical and operational implications.
- Project Management: Manage projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring timely and within-budget completion.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate project updates and progress to stakeholders, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are managed.
- Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to ensure project success.
- Reporting and Metrics: Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure project success and business performance.
- Investment Management background is a must
