Over the last decade, this firm has achieved significant growth, tripling in size through client referrals, organic expansion, and a commitment to staff development. Their approach is centered on providing holistic financial planning services to a high-net-worth client base, offering complex and rewarding cases to work on.

This role is a pure management position, requiring both technical proficiency and strong leadership skills. You will be responsible for leading a dynamic team of paraplanners, ranging from those recently stepping into their first paraplanning roles to seasoned Chartered Paraplanners and hybrid professionals transitioning into advisory positions. Your remit will include managing recruitment, conducting appraisals and performance reviews, organising training programs, and developing personalised progression plans to support each team member's career journey.

The role also provides significant autonomy to review and enhance current systems, processes, and procedures. You will have the opportunity to implement changes that reduce administrative time while improving both client and adviser experiences. As a key figure in the Senior Management Team, you will actively contribute to monthly business reviews and strategic planning meetings, shaping the future direction of the company and driving its ongoing success.

To be considered for this role, you must hold at least a Level 4 Diploma, with progression towards Chartered status being highly desirable. A demonstrable track record of successfully managing paraplanners in a fast-paced environment is essential. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly skilled professional looking to play a pivotal role in senior leadership, with a clear pathway to further career advancement.

The firm offers an outstanding benefits package, including a competitive salary, performance-related bonus, full study support, and hybrid working arrangements once you are fully integrated into their processes. If you are passionate about making a significant impact in a thriving business, this is the role for you. Please contact Joanna at FD to discuss the opportunity in more detail.
