- Manage Key Partnerships: Build and maintain strong relationships with important partners to help drive Our Client's broader partner strategy
- Business Development: Identify, create, negotiate, and implement business development agreements (e.g., bilateral agreements, MOCA templates) that drive results for Our Client's and partner companies
- Account Management: Assist in scoping and prioritizing accounts, ensuring resources are allocated effectively to meet partner needs
- Budget Management: Own and manage project budgets, ensuring they meet both business and technical requirements
- Resource Allocation: Allocate resources to projects, and escalate any issues that affect execution promptly
- Problem Resolution: Address and resolve partner business or technical issues with multiple solutions, aiming for the best outcome
- Process Improvement: Create new processes to anticipate future challenges and build a smoother workflow
- Business Growth: Identify opportunities to grow the business ecosystem by setting up new partnerships or modifying existing ones
- Initiative Development: Lead and execute complex, first-of-its-kind ecosystem projects with one or more partners
- Influence and Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Legal) to align on goals, resources, and strategy. Help steer the team’s direction and ensure coordination across projects
- Relationship Building: Be the main point of contact for partners, supporting them while advocating for their needs within the organization
- Team Integration: Ensure your team’s activities are well integrated with other related projects and teams
- Expertise: Act as a subject matter expert for the industry, market, and the partners you manage. Leverage deep knowledge of Our Client's processes and partner ecosystems
- 5+ years of experience in business development and partnerships
- Experience in the food delivery and ordering industry, management consulting, or technology industries is preferred
- Strong knowledge of business development processes
- Ability to manage and grow partnerships
- Experience working in or with cross-functional teams
