Partner Development Manager Location: UK, LondonLength: Start – 10/02/2025 End – 09/02/2026Rate: £50.00 p/h (Inside IR35)Hours: 9am – 6pmResponsibilities:
  • Manage Key Partnerships: Build and maintain strong relationships with important partners to help drive Our Client's broader partner strategy
  • Business Development: Identify, create, negotiate, and implement business development agreements (e.g., bilateral agreements, MOCA templates) that drive results for Our Client's and partner companies
  • Account Management: Assist in scoping and prioritizing accounts, ensuring resources are allocated effectively to meet partner needs
  • Budget Management: Own and manage project budgets, ensuring they meet both business and technical requirements
  • Resource Allocation: Allocate resources to projects, and escalate any issues that affect execution promptly
  • Problem Resolution: Address and resolve partner business or technical issues with multiple solutions, aiming for the best outcome
  • Process Improvement: Create new processes to anticipate future challenges and build a smoother workflow
  • Business Growth: Identify opportunities to grow the business ecosystem by setting up new partnerships or modifying existing ones
  • Initiative Development: Lead and execute complex, first-of-its-kind ecosystem projects with one or more partners
  • Influence and Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Legal) to align on goals, resources, and strategy. Help steer the team’s direction and ensure coordination across projects
  • Relationship Building: Be the main point of contact for partners, supporting them while advocating for their needs within the organization
  • Team Integration: Ensure your team’s activities are well integrated with other related projects and teams
  • Expertise: Act as a subject matter expert for the industry, market, and the partners you manage. Leverage deep knowledge of Our Client's processes and partner ecosystems
Skills & Education:Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, preferably in Business or TechnologyExperience:
  • 5+ years of experience in business development and partnerships
  • Experience in the food delivery and ordering industry, management consulting, or technology industries is preferred
Key Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of business development processes
  • Ability to manage and grow partnerships
  • Experience working in or with cross-functional teams
