Product Analyst - Salesforce

Our client is seeking an experienced Product Analyst wanting to take the next step in their professional career? If you have the analytical business mindset that helps drive new developments to improve overall efficiency then this is the role for you.

We now has an exciting opportunity for a Product Analyst to support the rollout of our Salesforce project. This role includes release manager activities as well as supporting the smooth running of the Agile product team.

Essential Criteria for the Product Analyst:

  • Educated to University degree level in a related discipline.
  • Proven experience that enables you to work on complex analytics problems unsupervised.
  • Builds partnerships and works collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives.
  • Experience of Agile Project environment (including User Story writing, spring planning, participating and leading stand-ups)
  • Experience with Salesforce.
  • Proven experience directing team members and other resources to achieve specific end results.

Key Responsibilities and accountabilities for the Product Analyst:

  • Work with the business to turn business requirements into user stories to support the development of the product.
  • Create and maintains technical and/or user documentation to a high standard following the implementation of the user stories.
  • Supports the testing of the solution to ensure the business requirements are met.
  • Support the Head of Product - Salesforce by coordinating Agile ceremonies.
  • Ensuring key decisions, issues and actions are clearly documented and assigned to individuals.
  • Help the team by removing external blockers and resolving internal challenges through process and workflow improvements.
  • Support programme and product owners with backlog grooming and sprint planning.
  • Utilising the Copado tooling to support deployments.
  • Ensuring quality deployments through the management of structured gateways, preventing code issues and conflicts.
  • Create and manage a comprehensive suite of automated test scripts and support with SIT, UAT and regression testing.

Desirable Criteria

  • Salesforce Administrator certification is preferred (or willingness to obtain it)
  • Experience of using Copado or similar tooling for test automation and release management also would be preferred.
