Insight Executive Group are delighted to be working in partnership with a leading global FM service provider who are looking to recruit a Quality Auditor to support on the compliance of their contracts and performance across the UK. This a full-time permanent role with a starting salary of up to £45k.

Our client is looking for someone with a strong auditing/compliance background, ISO 9001 qualified and, ideally, from an FM service provider background.

The Quality Auditor will be able to demonstrate:

  • a proven track record in the provision of practical operational Quality solutions
  • experience with the implementation and management of integrated management systems
  • broad experience and expertise Quality Standards
  • broad experience in Management Systems Standards.
  • evidence of practical audit experience
  • member of the CQI/IRCA
  • ability to apply Quality knowledge in a way that delivers practical operational solutions
  • strong drive and resilience

The Quality Auditor will be responsible for:

  • conducting audits of Corporate Policies & Procedures documentation and document all positive and negative information discovered
  • establishing, maintaining and improving the operation of an efficient and compliant management systems framework and to ensure the framework for is in place and managed
  • actively participate with the compliance management team, sharing knowledge, best practise and work towards a standardised approach
  • prepare electronic reports of the results of the audits and present the results to management, making recommendations as to what must be done to become compliant
  • providing the Quality Manager with accurate and timely monthly operational report on all activities
