Retail Business Analyst | EPOS | Payment Systems | Order Management System | 2-3 days per week into London | £500pd Inside IR35 | 6 month contract
Method Resourcing have partnered with one of the UK's most well-known and established luxury retailers in their quest to find a Retail Business Analyst to join them on their successful journey.
The role: The role focuses on improving the efficiency of my clients restaurant operation, which currently face issues such as a slow EPOS system, underdeveloped app-based ordering, and sluggish QR code functionality. The goal is to enhance the ordering process through digital solutions like apps and QR codes. The role requires a Business Analyst with a retail background and expertise in order management and POS systems. Responsibilities include conducting discovery work, assessing impacts, scoping the project, mapping workflows, and collaborating on solutions to optimise payment and order management systems.
Ideal candidate experience:
- Retail experience (Essential)
- Experience of working with EPOS (Essential)
- Experience of running internal and external workshops (Essential)
- Experience of performing the role of business analyst on both projects using both a Waterfall and Agile
- Experience of analysing business benefits and supporting the build of business
- Proven ability to communicate with and influence senior stakeholders facilitating efficient decision making on projects
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with teams across the business and with other disciplines involved with the delivery of change
Contract:
- Day rate: £500 Per Day
- Contract: 6 months initially
- Start: ASAP
- IR35: Inside
- Working pattern: 2 days per week into central London, the other 3 days WFH.
