Revenue Optimisation Analyst – Food Production/Retail
Office Location: London, Southwark
Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 DOE
Mon-Fri, 9am – 5pm (2-3 days WFH + site visits)

As a Revenue Optimisation Analyst, you will be responsible for all things related to PNL, data entry and analytics, spreadsheet magic and full production stock control. The most exciting part of this role is the process development and an opportunity to create your own system whilst building a team around yourself.
This is a superb opportunity to work within a supportive and collaborative team. This role will truly be able to offer you a lot of autonomy and decision-making. All new process implementation and development will be highly celebrated and rewarded with a potential promotion within the first 6-12 months.
What are your responsibilities:
- Fully responsible for data analysis, personal and team performances, KPIs and its effects on PNL.
- Accurate weekly and monthly production planning with close control of stock management.
- Sales performance, forecasting, waste performance and development analysis with constant reposting.
- Daily contribution to an exciting project and rapid business growth and expansion.
What is your skill set:
- 2+ years of experience in similar data analysis or revenue optimisation role, ideally in a similar industry (FMCG, Food production, Retail, Hospitality)
- Higher education in related subject (2:1)
- Must have exceptional knowledge and daily practice in Excel. (non-negotiable)
- Strong motivation and ability to meet tight deadlines.
