We are working with a speciality re-insurer to recruit a Risk Manager to support their Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) function. Reporting directly to the Head of ERM, this role will play a key part in identifying, assessing, and reporting critical risks across the business. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Assisting the Head of ERM in maintaining and enhancing the Enterprise Risk Management Framework to ensure robust risk oversight.
  • Supporting the drafting of high-quality risk reports, including ORSAs and CRO reports, for the Executive and Board Risk Committee.
  • Leading the coordination and facilitation of Risk and Control Self-Assessments (RCSAs) across various business areas, ensuring risks and key controls are effectively evaluated and documented.
  • Supporting the validation of the Internal Model, including designing a test schedule and conducting a second-line review of the standard formula calculation.
