- User Acceptance Testing (UAT): Develop test plans, coordinate user participation, and ensure solutions meet requirements.
- Analytics & Problem-Solving: Use data analysis to identify solutions, inform decisions, and deliver actionable insights.
- Value Creation: Ensure projects align with business objectives and deliver measurable benefits.
- Proven Business Analysis Experience: 4+ years of experience delivering successful projects.
- Process Improvement Expertise: Experience mapping and re-engineering business processes.
- Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with tools such as MS Visio, Jira, Asana, Excel, PowerPoint, and Azure DevOps.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Ability to manage relationships across diverse teams, including senior leadership.
- Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities with experience in data analysis to support project decisions.
- CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent certification preferred.
- Experience in legal or professional services environments is advantageous.
