THE COMPANY
I have partnered with a household name in the FS space on a key Senior Analytics management hire.
THE ROLE
The successful Senior Analytics Manager responsibilities will include:
- Create business models incorporating financial and consumer behaviour insights, leveraging analytics to uncover commercial opportunities.
- Provide expertise in areas such as Targeting, Customer Segmentation, Pricing, Remediation, Securitisation, Affordability, or internal infrastructure analytics
- Leverage financial and management accounting knowledge to support data-driven decision-making.
- Lead cross-functional teams and manage projects in a matrixed environment to drive analytical initiatives forward
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
The successful Senior Analytics Manager will have the following skills and experience:
- A strong background in Customer/Marketing/Insight/Product Analytics
- A background in hands on analytics (SQL/SAS/Python)
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders
