We are working with an exciting award-winning start-up Insurtech company and looking for a skilled Senior Business Analyst to be at the heart of strategic decision-making and product development. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to drive insights and help shape the company roadmap. This role is ideal for an experienced Insurance Business Analyst who is passionate about leveraging data, user feedback, and business insights to drive digital transformation in the insurance space.

Responsibilities

Engage with stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document requirements for products, features, and enhancements
Analyse data to uncover insights, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations that support our product and business goals
Explore and enhance business processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and increase customer satisfaction
Collaborate with Technical Team to design and validate solutions that align with both business and customer needs
Maintain strong relationships across teams, ensuring alignment on project goals and timelines
Stay up to date on Insurtech trends, competitor products, and regulatory requirements to help keep solutions competitive and compliant

Requirements

5+ years as a Business Analyst, with solid Insurance industry experience
Ideally bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field
Strong ability to interpret data and make informed recommendations
Capability with data analysis tools and Agile methodology
Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for diverse audiences.
Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced environment
