Ryder Reid Legal is seeking a Senior Client Development Executive to join the expanding Client Development team of one of our prestigious law firm clients at their London office. In this role, you will drive the profitable growth of the firm's largest and most complex clients. Collaborate with Key Account teams to implement structured processes, embed best practices, and ensure consistency across all relationship activities. This position offers high visibility and close collaboration with senior stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead key client relationships, maximizing revenue growth and identifying cross-selling opportunities.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans with Client Relationship Partners (CRPs).
  • Serve as a strategic advisor, understanding client needs and growth plans.
  • Implement client development initiatives to drive engagement and satisfaction.
  • Chair internal strategy group meetings and support compelling pitches and proposals.
  • Stay updated with industry trends to drive strategic decision-making.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in client relationship or business development roles within insurance or professional services.
  • Excellent strategic thinking, operational management, and communication skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships and offer innovative solutions.
