You will be required to design solutions, analyse processes, help to implement systems and provide support as well as turning clients requirements into solutions which deliver optimal performance. Role & Responsibilities
- Confident when engaging with internal and external stakeholders, gathering requirements and creating compelling user stories
- Providing advise and expertise on D365 CE Solutions, being a central figure in implementation projects, designing and configuring applications.
- Oversee configurations and development as well as leading end-user training, offering support, producing high-quality documentation and leading workshops.
Skills & Qualifications
- Hands on experience with D365 CE Solutions, PowerApps, Power Automate flows.
- Proven track record of leading large scale projects, and mentoring less senior colleagues.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Strong communication, requirement gathering, business process mapping skills.
