Service Management Analyst

We are representing a globally renowned brand, operating the media industry, who are looking for a Service Management Analyst to join their central Service Management & Service Governance team. You will work in this small, specialised area as part of the wider Technology function.

The role will focus on ServiceNow administration and development to drive operational excellence. You will utilise a full understanding of Service Management processes, with a particular focus on Asset and Configuration Management. Expect to develop service offerings, catalogue items and workflows within ServiceNow for deployment by the development team.

We are looking for:

  • Good knowledge of Service Management processes
  • Solid experience in ServiceNow, including ITSM, ITAM & CMDB
  • Exposure to ServiceNow development including service offerings, catalogue items, and workflow using Flow Designer.

Our client has an office in central London and requires staff to attend site twice per week.
