Solutions Consultant, London
A leading provider of legal software solutions is looking to hire a solutions consultant in London. Working closely with the sales and marketing teams, the main purpose of this role is to act as a product expert for the software solutions, work with product management on the go to market strategy and to produce data for demos and technical resources for the sales team to use.
Main Responsibilities:
- Ensuring that stakeholders are kept informed of latest developments.
- Qualifying opportunities for the sales team and performing technical scope discovery of solutions.
- Putting together proposals to align solution designs with customer requirements.
- Ensuring that customer excellence is delivered throughout the sales cycle.
- Developing relationships with client stakeholders.
- Being the face of the product at conferences and events
- Assisting with selling the value of the products using various formats and channels including demos and presentations.
- Ensuring that the team's message is being communicated well and that the supporting material is up to date.
Main experience and skills required:
- A strong legal work background.
- Experience of working with legal software products.
- A customer-oriented approach and strong negotiation skills.
- Enterprise/Saas sales experience would be an advantage.
- Dynamic presentation skills and the gravitas to instill confidence in the products.
To be successful in this role you need to be entrepreneurial, possess strong collaboration and relationship-building skills and have the ability to adapt to changing circumstances. Also essential are strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
