- Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with the client, ensuring their needs are met through high-quality programme delivery, and a collaborative and consultative approach, sharing expert knowledge to guide and support them.
- Delivery: Deliver alongside colleagues the key elements of the programme including executive support, meeting management, embedding culture change plan, education and development, and measurement audits.
- Programme Oversight: Lead the strategic planning and execution of three people-related programs, ensuring alignment with client goals and objectives, allocation of appropriate resource, monitoring quality of delivery to the client and exceed the demands of the contracts.
- Team Leadership: Oversee a team of professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure programme success.
- Client Interaction: Conduct regular meetings with the client to review progress, gather feedback, and address any concerns – on site presence one day weekly in London or other UK site to embed relationships.
- Project Management: Collaborate closely with the Project Office and utilise Asana for effective programme management, tracking milestones, deliverables, and team performance.
- Reporting: Prepare and present regular status reports to the Board, highlighting progress, challenges, and opportunities for growth. Attending client meetings to present this to key stakeholders.
- Travel: Travel regularly to client locations in London, Ireland, and the Netherlands to foster relationships and oversee program development.
- Proven experience in account management or program management with a significant sized client within a consultancy focused on people related disciplines, culture, inclusion or similar environment.
- Demonstrated expertise in managing complex, multi-site programs, particularly in people-related initiatives
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client engagement
- Proficiency in project management tools, specifically Asana
- Willingness to travel regularly across Europe as needed.
