A leading charity is seeking an experienced Business Analyst on a 3 month Temp basis to drive efficiency and innovation within the Community and Events Fundraising department. This role will focus on improving data processes, reducing manual administration, and implementing automation, ensuring seamless integration with a newly launched CRM system.
This is a temporary position for a period of 3 months, to start immediately. You will be working Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm, laptop/ equipment will be provided. This is a vital project and it is very important that the successful candidate commits to the full 3 month duration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyse and improve existing data and income processes to reduce inefficiencies and risk
- Identify opportunities for automation and process optimisation
- Ensure new workflows align with the charity's CRM platform
- Engage stakeholders across departments, facilitating workshops and gathering requirements
- Document as-is and to-be processes, providing recommendations for transformation
- Support system integration and change management efforts
What we are looking for:
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst across multiple projects
- Strong knowledge of CRM systems (MS Dynamics preferred but not essential)
- Ability to drive projects forward, manage dependencies, and work independently
- Excellent stakeholder engagement, facilitation, and documentation skills
- Experience in the non-profit sector and familiarity with data governance is a plus
