Position Overview:We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our client's team as a Trainee Business Analyst. This role provides the chance to shadow and collaborate closely with a Senior Business Analyst, gaining invaluable hands-on experience in the exciting world of business analysis within one of the world's most vibrant cities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Senior Business Analyst in daily activities, including requirement gathering and documentation.
  • Engage with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into actionable technical requirements.
  • Conduct initial data analysis to identify trends and patterns.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met effectively.
  • Attend meetings, workshops, and training sessions to gain insight into various business processes.
  • Contribute to the design and evaluation of new systems and processes.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to develop both technical and interpersonal skills.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field (or nearing completion).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Interest in business processes, technology, and data analysis.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
  • Eagerness to learn, adapt, and grow in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prior experience in a similar role is a plus, but not essential.
