I have an exciting opportunity for a Transfer Pricing Manager to join my client's fast-growing Transfer Pricing service line based in London. This is a pivotal role within the team, perfect for someone who's looking to take the next step in their Transfer Pricing career. You'll work closely with senior stakeholders across the business to deliver high-quality advice to a varied portfolio of clients, support junior team members, and help shape the future of the service line.

What You'll Be Doing:
- Conducting in-depth research and analysis on client businesses, transfer pricing issues, and industry trends.
- Managing financial and economic analyses, including benchmarking using AI-enabled tools.
- Preparing and reviewing robust documentation and compliance reports in line with UK and international standards.
- Leading client engagements and contributing to presentations, deliverables, and relationship development.
- Guiding and mentoring junior team members, building a strong and capable team.
- Overseeing project timelines, ensuring on-budget and on-time delivery.
- Collaborating with teams across the firm and with the international HLB network.
- Playing an active role in business development and service line growth.
What I am looking for:
- A postgraduate degree in economics, law, business or qualified CA/CTA/ACA.
- Excellent writing, research, and presentation skills.
- At least 5 years of dedicated Transfer Pricing experience in a UK professional services firm.
- Visionary with a passion for building high-performing teams.
- Confident networker with strong business development capabilities.
- Innovative, analytical, and commercially minded.
- Strong time management and organisational skills.
- Willingness to travel between offices as needed.
